Kommodity Konnect is engaged in creating value-added beverage and culinary-first ingredients crafted with culinary expertise, delivering authentic, restaurant-quality flavors for modern, active lifestyles making great taste accessible without compromising quality.
We import and distribute bulk Basmati Rice, Sugar, Oats, and Egg Powder through a nationwide network of dealers and partners and in a process of including Institutional Sales, General Trade, HoReCa, and E-commerce to our channel-mix. We also export tea from Bangladesh, the world’s 10th largest tea producer.

Chairman
Minhaj Hossain is the visionary force behind the formation of Kommodity Konnect and the architect of its long term purpose and direction. With over 23 years of leadership experience across business development, operations, and marketing, he brings a rare ability to view every project from a bird’s-eye perspective, balancing strategy, execution, people, and impact. His leadership philosophy is rooted in growth with responsibility, where sustainability, ethics, and human wellbeing stand alongside commercial success.
Throughout his career, Mr. Minhaj has built and led high-performing teams across production and service industries, with senior leadership experience in sales, marketing, operations, and business growth.
Mr. Minhaj is actively involved in multiple ventures, serving as Chairman of Blue Fox Experiential Marketing Limited, Tridot Designs and Architecture, Home Stories Limited, and Kommodity Konnect Limited. He also holds the role of Managing Director at Opsis Vision Center Ltd. and Zeiss Vision Center Gulshan and is the founder and CEO of Rite Konnect Ltd. Across all his initiatives, he spearheads projects with a holistic vision, focusing not only on performance and profitability but also on long-term value creation, sustainable practices, and meaningful impact for people and communities.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Nasrin Luna is a practiced marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in building and managing some of the most trusted consumer brands in Bangladesh. She has played a key role in the growth of renowned names such as Radhuni, Ruchi, Meril, Savoy, Olympic Energy Plus, Nutty Biscuits, ACI Pure, Mr. Cookie, Danish Condensed Milk, Kool, Kisan, Chaka, and many more. With deep expertise in brand development, strategic marketing, and impactful communication, Nasrin brings a strong blend of creativity and business insight. She is driven by a passion for excellence and a constant quest for new challenges that inspire brands to grow, evolve, and lead in competitive markets. She is performing the role of CMO with us
General Manager- Factory Operations
He is an accomplished operations and manufacturing professional with over 29 years of extensive experience in the FMCG industry. Throughout his career, he has worked with renowned national and multinational organizations, including PEPSICO International, Coca-Cola International, PRAN, Bruvana Group, and Alin Group. He brings extensive expertise across a wide range of functional areas, including production, quality assurance, maintenance, compliance, supply chain management (SCM), and business development. His deep industry knowledge and hands-on leadership have consistently contributed to operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
Channel Sales Manager
He is an FMCG sales professional with strong experience in area and territory management, distribution expansion, and team leadership, having worked with Transcom Beverages Ltd, City Group (Confectionery), Perfetti Van Melle BD Pvt Ltd, GSK Bangladesh, and BAT. He has delivered consistent commercial performance across diverse markets. At Kommodity Konnect, Wasif drives channel sales by strengthening dealer and retailer networks, expanding distribution reach, and leading high-performance teams. A multiple award recipient, he combines strong execution, market discipline, and continuous learning to support sustainable revenue growth.
Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management
Md. Abdus Samad (Azad) is a supply chain management professional with extensive experience in FMCG and other sectors, having worked with Cocola Food, Jamuna Group, BRAC, New Olympia Food, Ena Food, Starline Food, Alin Food, and Well Food. He specializes in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain optimization, with expertise in streamlining processes, reducing costs, and building strong vendor relationships to drive operational excellence.
Senior Area Sales Manager
He is an FMCG professional with extensive experience in retail sales. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the growth and success of several reputed organizations, including Kazi Farms Group, Social Marketing Company (SMC) Enterprise Limited, Meghna Group of Industries, and ACME Group. He has strong expertise in sales strategy, channel development, and market execution, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, strengthening distribution networks, and building sustainable retail partnerships across competitive FMCG markets.
Manager, HR & Administration
Tamanna Habib is an experienced HR & administration professional with 15 years of diversified expertise across the manufacturing, retail, and garment accessories industries. She has worked with Seven Rings Cement, Meena Bazar, Miniso Bangladesh Ltd., and Montrims Ltd. She has led company setups from inception, including full-cycle recruitment for Veola Oil and a charitable hospital, and established e-commerce operations for Meena Bazar. Her core expertise lies in building robust HR systems and managing end-to-end recruitment, administration, compliance, and organizational development that consistently strengthen people operations and enable sustainable business growth.
Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing
She is a results-driven sales and marketing professional with extensive experience across FMCG, modern trade, and commercial functions, having worked with organizations such as Wellfood Ltd. Known for her strong client engagement, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, she consistently drives growth through strategic selling and customer-focused solutions. She excels in lead generation, deal closure, upselling, and customer retention, with a strong commitment to delivering high satisfaction, sustainable revenue, and long-term business partnerships.
Executive, Finance & Accounts
He is a finance and accounts professional with hands-on expertise in accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and ERP-based accounting systems. He is currently serving as Executive Finance & Accounts, where he plays a key role in budgeting, financial statements, payroll processing, and audit support. With strong skills in bank reconciliation and regulatory compliance, he is committed to accuracy, transparency, and adding value through efficient financial management.
Territory Sales Manager
He is a sales and marketing professional in the FMCG sector, with experience contributing to renowned organizations such as Bangladesh Edible Oil Limited, Orion Group, and New Grameen Motors Limited.
